A series of activities that cultivate the leadership qualities of our future leaders by exposing them to situations where the fate of their respective team will depends on the choices that they make.

This program will introduce the youth to the concept of Trust and Reliance, Leadership Initiative, Leaders’ Accountability and the Burden of Obligation that must be carried by an effective leader.

Target Audience:
Youth from the age of 15 to 25

Program Module:  

Outdoor activities such as:
•    Obstacle Course
•    Rappelling
•    Kayak
•    Night Trekking

Indoor activities such as:
•    Creating Team Identities
•    Public Speaking
•    Team Presentation
•    Group activities

Duration:
Three (3) days and two (2) nights.
