A series of activities that cultivate the leadership qualities of our future leaders by exposing them to situations where the fate of their respective team will depends on the choices that they make.

This program will introduce the youth to the concept of Trust and Reliance, Leadership Initiative, Leaders’ Accountability and the Burden of Obligation that must be carried by an effective leader.
